1. Age Restrictions

3. Payments & TVOD

Access to certain content is provided via a Transactional Video on Demand (TVOD) or Pay-Per-View (PPV) model. All purchases are final. Transactions are processed through secure third-party providers. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at our discretion.

4. Content Submissions & Public Domain

Filmmakers submitting content to Watch On Q warrant that they hold all necessary rights and clearances to grant us distribution rights. We act as a platform for curated independent cinema and do not claim ownership of user-submitted works. While Watch On Q curates historical and archival works believed to be in the public domain, rights status can vary across jurisdictions.

5. Third-Party Data & Metadata

Watch On Q uses the TMDB API for cinematic metadata, search functionality, and poster artwork, but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All movie images, titles, trademarks, and associated copyright materials belong to their respective copyright holders.

6. Copyright & Takedown Policy (DMCA)

Watch On Q respects the intellectual property rights of creators, rights owners, and distributors. If you believe that a film or media asset hosted on Watch On Q infringes upon your copyright, or if a title cataloged as public domain is subject to your active rights claim, please submit a written takedown notice to our designated agent.

Your notice must include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the specific URL or title on Watch On Q to be removed.
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
